VISEC TEAM BUILDING 2020 ON CAPELLA CRUISE

On 23 – 24 December 2020, Vietnam Shipbuilding Engineering JSC (Visec) organized annual team building activity for its employees on Capella Cruise. This is the first time Visec’s employees had a chance to experience on a ship designed and supervised by their own engineers.

2020 proved to be a very challenging year for Visec, while the whole world was heavily affected by Covid-19 pandemic, every business activity has been dramatically dropping, including shipbuilding and ship design. Many of Visec’s clients asked to delay or postpone their project. However, with the spirit of unity and constant effort, leaders and employees of the company had overcome difficulties to complete their business plan in 2020.

At the gala dinner, CEO Pham Binh Minh summarized the achievements of the year 2020 as well as identified challenges 2021 and set goals for the coming year with the slogan “Overcome difficulty to be the number 1”.

During the gala, company’s leaders awarded individuals and teams who had made outstanding contributions to the company in the year.

Many exiting and interesting games were also held to connect the staffs across the country, uphold team spirit for mutual development.
