KEEL LAYING OF 110M CRUISE SHIP AT HA LONG SHIPYARD

After 6 months from steel cutting, on 16th June 2020, the first block of 110m-cruise ship named Emerald Azzurra was placed on slipway at Ha Long shipyard under the witness of representatives from ship owner, class and designer.

Emerald Azzurra is a very luxury cruise ship with complicated design, high technical requirements and strict conditions on quality standards during construction.

Visec, as total workshop designer for the ship, has been sending its most experienced design engineers to coordinate with experts from owner and shipyard to offer the most suitable technology solutions, ensuring construction’s quality and progress.

The ship is expected to be delivered to the owner – Scenic Tours, by mid-2021.
