LAUNCHING OF 110M CRUISE SHIP EMERALD AZZURRA

Cruise ship named Emerald Azzurra was successfully launched on 5th December 2020 at Ha Long Shipyard, just nearly six months from keel laying.

This is a very complicated ship with extreme luxury to meet with special requirements of the owner, Scenic Tours, to enter ports where large passenger ships cannot. With Emerald Azzurra, passengers can have a chance to explore pristine strait areas on a safe and attractive cruise.

The successful launching of Emerald Azzurra is a remarkable event for Vietnam shipbuilding industry in general, and for Vietnam Shipbuilding Engineering JSC (Visec) in particular as the total workshop design provider for the ship.

After launching, the ship will continue to be completed in interior and is expected to be delivered by mid-2021.
