VISEC attends the SEA & ME Technical Committee Meeting of ABS Register

From February 26 to 27, 2018, Mr. Pham Binh Minh _General Director of Vietnam Shipbuilding Engineering Joint Stock Company attended the South East Asia and Middle East Technical Committee meeting of American Bureau Shipping (ABS) which was held in Singapore.

This is an annual meeting of Technical committee for exchanging, modifying, updating the regulations of American Bureau Shipping (ABS). At this meeting, the Committee also discussed new topics that had a major impact on the shipbuilding industry and maritime in the future as : new regulations on emissions, electric power ship, smart ship and auto-operation technologies

Being the only representative of Vietnam joining the Technical committee since 2008, Vietnam Shipbuilding Engineering Joint Stock Company continues to actively contribute its voice to the common development of international shipbuilding science and technology.
